1. General Terms

The Brand Point website and the online store available through it are owned and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Revazi Shalashvili, Identification Number 13001069688.

By using the website or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service, as well as our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Products and Their Condition

Brand Point sells new clothing and accessories.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizes, colours, conditions, and photographs are as accurate as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, the colour displayed may vary slightly from the actual colour of the product.

If you require any additional information about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Georgian lari (GEL/₾), unless otherwise clearly stated. The final order amount, including any delivery charges, will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by an authorised payment provider. Brand Point does not store customers’ complete payment card details.

In the event of an obvious technical error, including an evidently incorrect price or product availability status, we will contact the customer to correct or cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, the customer will receive an automated or other form of order confirmation. If a product is no longer available or fulfilling the order is objectively impossible, we will notify the customer promptly and issue a full refund.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order. Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may affect the delivery time or result in additional costs.

5. Shipping

The delivery fee is GEL 7, and the estimated delivery time within Tbilisi and other big cities is 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery to other areas takes up to 3-5 business days. 6. Returns and Refunds

Product returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy published on the website and the applicable laws of Georgia.

7. Use of the Website

The website must not be used for unlawful purposes. It is prohibited to attempt to breach security systems, distribute malicious code, use another person’s data without authorisation, or carry out any activity that interferes with the proper operation of the website.

The text, design, branding, and visual materials created by Brand Point and displayed on the website are protected under applicable law. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use for product identification purposes does not imply that Brand Point is an official representative of those brands unless this is separately and clearly stated.

8. Liability

Brand Point is liable within the limits established by the applicable laws of Georgia. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any customer right or Brand Point liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Brand Point is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or reasonable ability to manage. In such cases, however, Brand Point will take reasonable steps to inform the customer and resolve the issue.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Each order is governed by the Terms published at the time the order is placed, except where otherwise required by law.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. This provision does not limit the customer’s right to refer the matter to an appropriate authorised body or court in accordance with the law.
